Shipping fee will be shouldered by the client. Once payment has been received, items will be sent within that day, or at least the following day if it was beyond the cut-off time. The Online Warehouse will not be liable for any loss and/or damages that might occur during transit.
We make sure all the items are in good condition before shipping. Otherwise, you may choose to have the items insured by the courier.
I will send the tracking number thru E-Mail, SMS, or PM immediately after we dispatch the item/s. Rates are subject to change depending on the number and weight of the product.
For Metro Manila clients – allow 1 to 2 days for the items to be delivered.
For Outside Metro Manila and Provincial clients – allow 2 to 3 days for the items to be delivered.
We reserve the right to use an alternative courier in the event that CliqnShip, LBC, Grab or Lalamove does not cover your area.

Starts at Php 70 to Php 85 (for Metro Manila clients). Starts at Php 175 to php 260 (for Outside Metro Manila clients).
LBC
Starts at Php 160 (for Metro Manila clients). Starts at Php 185 (for Outside Metro Manila clients – North Luzon and South Luzon). Starts at Php 205 (for Provincial clients – Visayas and Mindanao). Starts at Php 255 (for Remote Provincial Area clients).
GRAB / LALAMOVE
For same day delivery via Grab or Lalamove, the client agrees to book a rider with the following pick up points:
1. Unit 458-A Regina Bldg. Escolta St. Binondo, Manila 2. SM City Masinag – Starbucks Gate or at RNL PONTI DENTAL Office
– once an order form is submitted and payments are settled, your orders is deemed good as sold.
We will gladly replace or refund faulty goods and aim to resolve issues as soon as possible. Just send us a PM (Private Message) anytime.
In case of missing parts, please notify us immediately. It should be the same day of receipt. It might be helpful to send us an unboxing video of the product/s purchased.
Please honor our agreement that the return shipping fee/s will be shouldered by the client. I allow item reservations for 3 days only. All unclaimed products will otherwise be re-opened for sale.
